This second bedroom has a really neat nook under the entry way of the house. You could use this for another bed, or as a play area for your kids. We put a little desk with a computer in here.
Because your home is a raised bungalow, both lower bedrooms have large windows providing lots of light in the daytime, on the sunny side of the house. If you don't need them as bedrooms, either one would make a great place for your sewing room too!

The entire upper floor, including your Master bedroom ensuite and 2nd bedroom baths, is floored with ceramic tile, making it very easy to keep clean. You don't have to worry about wearing your shoes when you come inside.
Corner Lot
Your home was built in in 1999, and is located on a 50x110 foot south facing corner lot, on a quiet cul de sac. It has a large 24x24 double attached garage.
Although you live on a corner lot, there is no sidewalk on your side of the street. So the only snow shoveling you need to do is your driveway, and the walkway from there to your front door!
Your neighours are very quiet, and care about their homes, so you feel confident living here.
