Wired For Sound And More

Though we can't quite call it a smart house, this Lake Chestermere home for rent in the Calgary area, was built with convenience in mind.

We mentioned in the Grand Style page, that the Great Room hosts the sound system for ambience music throughout your home. Volume controls for this system are available in each bedroom, the ensuite bathroom, and the lower floor office or library room.

The lower level wiring closet also allows you to switch different areas of your home off, if you do not want the sound to be heard in those areas. This is great to prevent waking those sleeping children!

For the Internet savvy, your home is also wired throughout with Cat5E and Coaxial cabling. You can plug your computer or TV in from any room you desire. The lower wiring cabinet also holds your cable modem and router, serving your home network.

Home At The Movies

Don't feel like going out to the movies tonight? Bring the movies home instead!

Your Home Theatre room is a 15x25 foot entertainment center with room for a large widescreen TV, and wired for either a 5.1 or 7.2 surround sound system. There is also wiring for a future movie projector and screen.
